At the time of this review the restaurant has 45+ reviews, all of which are 5 star, and after visiting it's very clear why. The staff was highly attentive and courteous, service was excellent, the decor is beautiful, and of course all the food was amazing. Of all the ramen I've had over the years this ranks with or above the best. We got Tonkotsu ramen with Chashu pork, Takoyaki, and Karaage chicken. We can't wait to come back and bring friends!

Excellent, prompt service. Ramen was amazing - flavorful and perfectly textured. I had both the lemonade and taro milk boba tea and they were both spectacular! All around wonderful experience and I'll be back soon!

My favorite Thai joint use to be in this building. I was so amazed by the transformation Fuji Ramen put into it! I've been wanting a really good ramen joint near me for a long time and it's finally here. I cannot wait to go again and try the next ramen on the menu. Pictured are chicken and pork boa buns, takoyaki, tonkotsu black garlic oil ramen, and taiyaki. I could not get enough of this wonderful food. I'm definitely stuffed and will be back for more.
